Emeran Langmaid is the Founder of A&E Coffee & Tea, based in New Hampshire, though her background is in textile manufacturing and design. She has a contagious passion for really good coffee and a desire to share that with others which has helped her build her company to a very successful one. We talk about so much in this amazing episode, including the value of building relationships, for her, both throughout the supply chain, but also locally with other businesses and with mentors; challenges she encountered along the way; her story of “losing herself” in the work and the changes she eventually made to "re-find" herself and some work life balance.
